Vatsala Ratnasabapathy, who spearheads our Construction, Engineering and Arbitration Practice, will be moderating a panel at the AIAC Arbitration-in-Practice (AIP) Workshop Series on 27 September 2025 (Saturday). The panel will be hosted by the Asian International Arbitration Centre (AIAC) and is supported by the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb (Malaysia) and the Malaysian Institute of Arbitrators (MIArb).

As a seasoned practitioner in arbitration proceedings, she will be facilitating a panel discussion among other respected practitioners Mr. Sanjay Mohan, Dato’ Sunil Abraham and Ms. Janet Chai in a session titled “Case Law Updates on Arbitration within and beyond Malaysia”. The panel will focus on a deep dive analysis of the latest case developments in arbitration, with speakers offering their key insights into how these landmark cases contribute to the evolving landscape of arbitration practice in Malaysia and abroad.

The panel is part of a larger series of workshops hosted by AIAC, bringing together eminent regional figures in arbitration practice to share their expertise in how participants can enhance their technical and practical skills in the field of arbitration.

The panel will run from 9.00 a.m. to 12.00 p.m. Participants may choose to attend physically at AIAC or virtually through Zoom.
